General Information
There is no curfew. Our reception is always available.
Any damage or missing items caused by the guest must be reimbursed according to the official price list (Annex A of the General Conditions). If an item is not listed, the guest must reimburse the repair cost, or—if repair is not possible or not economical—the replacement cost.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all In‑Domus areas. Violations are subject to penalties under Italian law and In‑Domus regulations (see the General Conditions signed during booking). Repeated violations may result in expulsion from the campus.
Yes. You can collect parcels at reception. If you shop on Amazon, you can also select the on-site Amazon Locker as a delivery option.
You can request maintenance by emailing your campus reception and attaching a photo of the issue. We will intervene as soon as possible.
Yes. You can stay in your room for the entire duration of your contract.
Yes, as long as you do not cause permanent damage to walls or furniture. The room must be restored to its original condition at check‑out; otherwise, additional charges may apply.
Yes, as long as quiet hours and residence rules are respected. All external guests must leave the campus by 12:00 AM. If more than 30 guests are expected, please inform reception in advance to agree on the arrangements.
You can indicate your preferences, which will be evaluated depending on availability. Some floors may involve an additional cost.

No, subletting is not allowed.
Yes. Vending machines for snacks, soft drinks and hot beverages are available, along with dispensers for still and sparkling water.
No. Pets are not allowed inside In‑Domus.
Yes, with a parent/guardian authorization and waiver of liability, provided you turn 18 by December 31 of the enrollment academic year.
Yes. In‑Domus reserves a limited number of accommodations for non‑students.
Guests
Yes. Subject to availability, parents can stay at In‑Domus at a discounted rate.
Yes. Each resident may bring up to two guests per day, after registering them at reception. Guests may stay from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Yes, upon request by emailing info@in-domus.it, subject to availability and the rate in force for the specific day.
What’s Included
Yes. It can be used by reservation.
Yes. The fitness area is available all day, except during night hours as indicated at reception.
Yes. Linen is changed weekly.
Yes. Each room has a fridge. Additional fridges/freezers are available in common kitchens and, where present, in freezer/food-warming rooms on the floors.
A kitchen kit is included only in apartments (housing units with a private kitchen). Guests staying in rooms have a locker in the kitchen area to store their own kitchenware. The kitchen kit can be purchased at reception or selected during booking.
A laundry room is available where you can use the service via an app.
Yes. TVs are available in the common areas.
Yes. Latest-generation Wi‑Fi is included throughout the property.
The all-inclusive rate includes a bed in a furnished and fully equipped room or apartment, all utilities, and room cleaning. It also includes free access to common areas for studying, cooking and relaxing, use of the equipped gym, and latest-generation Wi‑Fi.
Cancellation & Early Termination
In case of early withdrawal you must notify In-Domus in writing by email to info@in-domus.it, stating the planned check-out date. You must give at least 30 days’ notice, and you will be required to pay, in addition to what is due for the notice period, an amount equal to two months’ rent, up to the limit of what would be due for the full contract term.
Payments
The deposit—net of any amounts due to In-Domus for any reason—will be refunded within 60 days from check-out, exclusively via bank transfer.
At booking you must pay the security deposit and the first rent installment as indicated in the accommodation assignment request. Subsequent rent payments must be made by the deadlines specified in the accommodation assignment request.
Check-in & Check-out
By 10:00 AM on the last day of your contract.
Please go to reception for registration. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM–10:00 PM; different times can be arranged on request.
A valid identity document.
Booking
No. Submitting the form is used to check whether your preferred accommodation is available. You will then receive the contract and instructions to finalize your booking. The booking becomes binding for you only once the contract is signed and the required payments are made, and it becomes binding for In-Domus once In-Domus confirms the booking in writing.
Standard contracts are available for 6 or 12 months.
Yes. You can schedule a campus visit by emailing info@in-domus.it to agree on the date and time.
