Mistakes are possible paths in our lives.
Every time we have to make an important decision regarding school, our private life or our personal relationships there is a chance to make a mistake, but we don’t have to feel like that alone is a symptom of failure: every wrong choice creates a new path and helps us explore all the solutions that work best for us.
The real problem is that most of the times we do not fear the consequences of our mistakes, but other people’s judgement.
It is often hard to recognize a bad choice while we’re making it, but with time things can take on a different meaning and what once seemed like a misstep can turn out to be a great discover or a new direction: let’s not forget that Columbus discovered the Americas by accident… what would our life be today without French Fries?
